I have been banned uncountable times for nothing and think like most it's some type of government records keeping thing. I hardly ever post responses though, rather find others more then entertaining to read. I've noticed that some of it is accurate and helpful, before other news outlets release the same stories. It carries some interesting concepts and details within the short document. The contents are allegedly a message to us on earth to all of humanity.
